The Speech Studio is a private pay clinic and is out of network with insurance companies. This means we do not bill insurance directly but will produce a superbill for families wishing to pursue out-of-network reimbursement.

Yes! And in fact, sometimes when a child doesn’t qualify for EI or school based services they still may need support! We are happy to be a part of this journey.

No referral is needed to receive services with The Speech Studio at this time.

The Speech Studio accepts all major credit cards including FSA/HSA. Payment is due the day therapy services are provided through our client portal.

All new clients require an evaluation to learn about their strengths and unique concerns. If your child has had an evaluation by another provider in the last 6 months or they have a current IEP, these can be used to guide a treatment plan instead of a new evaluation. If you plan to submit to insurance for possible reimbursement, they may require a standardized assessment. Each case is unique.

A screening for speech and language can be administered prior to an evaluation to help determine if a full speech and/or language assessment is recommended. The cost of a screening is $75. If further assessment is recommended, this cost will be credited toward the evaluation.
